Due to the nature of digital marketing and consulting services, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Clients are encouraged to clearly agree on project scope, deliverables, and timelines before payment is made. If a project cannot be completed due to circumstances caused by the service provider, partial or full refunds may be considered depending on the stage of work completed.
For recurring services, clients may cancel future service renewals with prior notice before the next billing cycle.
Services are fulfilled remotely through online communication channels such as Upwork, email, WhatsApp, and video meetings where necessary.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Work has not yet started on a paid project, and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment.
- Biyét Growth is unable to deliver a project due to circumstances on our side (e.g., capacity, staffing).
- A material portion of the agreed scope was not delivered and cannot be reasonably remedied.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Ad spend already deployed on Meta, Google, TikTok, or any other ad platform — these funds belong to the platform, not Biyét Growth.
- Audits, strategy documents, and consulting deliverables that have already been completed and shared.
- Completed website builds, creative assets, and similar finished deliverables.
- Hours already spent on a monthly retainer where work was performed.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email hello@biyetgrowth.com with your full name, company, invoice reference, and the reason for the request. We review all refund requests within five (5) business days and respond with our decision and next steps. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Process for Retainers
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. We recommend at least 30 days' notice so we can hand off accounts, dashboards, and creative assets cleanly. Once a billing cycle has started, that month's fees are not refundable, but you retain access to all deliverables produced during that period.
5. How Services Are Delivered
All Biyét Growth services are delivered remotely and async-first. Communication happens through your preferred channel — typically email, Slack, WhatsApp, or Upwork — with scheduled video calls for kickoffs, strategy reviews, and major milestones. We serve clients across the US, CA, UK, and NG and adapt to your local working hours where possible.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter in writing to hello@biyetgrowth.com. We will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution before any formal dispute process.
